Q: Are there going to be a restock of a particular item?

A: Unfortunately, no. Most of the items we have are one-of-one, unless stated otherwise. 

Q: What's your return policy?

A. Because of shipping arrangements, we do not accept returns. We try to specify size as much as possible.

Q: Where is my package?

A: It takes about 1-3 days for an order to process. After processing, your package should arrive within 3-5 business days. We ask that customers make sure to input the correct address, to avoid any shipping issues.
